Oversee purchase, upkeep, maintenance, and repairs of office items, furniture, and equipment. Maintain MIS on utilization and ensure cost efficiency. Manage travel arrangements and internal/external communication for management.

IT Management:
Handle purchase, installation, maintenance, and updating of hardware and software systems. Ensure smooth IT operations and website upkeep.

ISO Implementation:
Act as Management Representative for ISO. Oversee quality processes, internal audits, and continual improvement initiatives.
4.
Liaisoning & Coordination:
Coordinate with external agencies for estates, legal matters, telecommunications, events, exhibitions, conferences, advertisements, and other administrative functions.
5.
Culture & Systems:
Contribute to organizational culture development, ensure process discipline, and support directors in implementing administrative systems and policies.
