? Office Operations: Manage day-to-day operations of facilities, including housekeeping, security, maintenance, transportation, guest management, telecommunications, data management, and courier services. Prepare and manage budgets related to administrative functions.
? Infrastructure: Ensure office infrastructure, equipment, and facilities are maintained and compliant with safety, legal, and environmental regulations.
? Policies: Develop and implement administrative systems, policies, and procedures to support company operations.
? Vendor Management: Manage negotiations with vendors and service providers.
? Travel management: Oversee travel and accommodation arrangements for employees and senior management.
? Programs & Events: Coordinate with departments to facilitate events, meetings, and training programs.
? Asset Management: Maintain updated records of company assets, licenses, and regulatory documents. Ensure optimal utilization of resources such as office supplies, space, and administrative budgets.
? Facility services: Supervise security, housekeeping, and maintenance operations.
? Compliance: Ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies related to administration.
Requirements
:
? 5-10 years of experience in office and retail store administration
? Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
? Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
? Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
? Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
? Lead and manage the administration team and function across all offices and stores.
