Job Description

We're looking for a highly organized, dependable, and versatile

Administrative Manager

to lead key operational functions at our workplace. This onsite role requires someone who can take full ownership of recruitment (both IT and Non-IT), manage budgets, oversee site operations, coordinate with vendors, and help build a positive work culture.

What You'll Be Doing:

Recruitment (IT & Non-IT)



Handle

end-to-end recruitment

across both technical (IT) and non-technical roles. Source candidates using

multiple hiring platforms

(e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, job boards, and referrals). Conduct resume screening, interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding. Work with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs and define role requirements. Build and manage relationships with universities for campus and internship hiring. Represent the company at job fairs and student engagement events.

Site & Office Management



Oversee daily operations of the office/site -- including maintenance, housekeeping, supplies, and space management. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and internal operational policies. Provide onsite administrative support and help resolve day-to-day workplace issues.

Travel to other cities

as needed to support multi-site operations and events.

Work extended shifts

when necessary to meet project deadlines or operational demands.

Budgeting & Financial Oversight



Prepare and manage site/admin budgets. Track operational expenses, monitor cost-efficiency, and submit reports. Collaborate with the finance team to ensure spending aligns with business goals.

Vendor & Supplier Coordination



Identify and negotiate with service providers and suppliers. Manage contracts, ensure quality service delivery, and monitor vendor performance. Keep all procurement and service costs within approved budgets.

Employee Engagement & Office Culture



Plan and execute employee events, wellness programs, and team-building activities. Maintain a welcoming, inclusive, and productive office culture. Act as a trusted point of contact for employee support and feedback.

Documentation & Reporting



Maintain accurate records related to recruitment, operations, contracts, and compliance. Provide regular administrative reports to senior management. Support internal audits, policy implementation, and process improvements.

What We're Looking For:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field. Experienced doing the Job in a BPO setting is preferred Minimum 3+ years of experience in administration and recruitment roles. Proven track record in

full-cycle recruitment for both IT and Non-IT roles

. Familiarity with

multiple hiring platforms

and sourcing strategies. Experience in budgeting, vendor coordination, and office management. Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

Willingness to work extended shifts if needed

.

Ability to travel to other cities occasionally

for operational support.

Pay: ?13,440.03 - ?78,245.43 per month
