Job Description

The Administration Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day administrative operations, facility and room management, vendor coordination, housekeeping supervision, statutory compliance support, and ensuring smooth functioning of infrastructure. The role demands strong coordination, discipline, cost control, and service orientation.

Key Responsibilities



Oversee overall facility management including buildings, rooms, utilities, common areas, and staff facilities. Ensure premises are well-maintained, hygienic, and ready for occupancy. Coordinate repairs, maintenance schedules, AMC contracts, and emergency fixes. Monitor electricity, water usage, DG sets, HVAC, lifts, fire systems, and safety equipment. Ensure room turnover is efficient and meets quality and hygiene standards. Coordinate with housekeeping for room cleaning schedules and deep cleaning. Ensure smooth coordination between departments for administrative support. Maintain asset registers, inventory records, and administrative MIS reports.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Ernakulam District, Kerala
