The Admin Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all administrative activities of the textile company, ensuring smooth operations in the factory and office, workforce discipline, compliance with regulations, and effective resource management.
Key Responsibilities:
Administration & Facility Management
Supervise day-to-day administrative activities of office and factory.
Ensure proper maintenance and repair of infrastructure, machinery, and facilities.
Manage security, housekeeping, and transport services.
Staff & Workforce Management
Monitor attendance, discipline, and coordinate with HR for staff management.
Resolve employee grievances and maintain healthy workplace relations.
Support training and development activities.
Compliance & Legal
Ensure compliance with labor laws, health & safety, and government regulations.
Maintain licenses, permits, and statutory documents up to date.
Procurement & Resource Management
Oversee purchase and inventory of office/factory supplies and consumables.
Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and negotiations.
Coordination & Reporting
Act as a bridge between management and various departments (Production, HR, Accounts).
Prepare and present periodic reports to senior management.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Minimum 1
-2years of experience
in administration, preferably in textile/manufacturing industry.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and ERP software.
Good communication skills (English, Hindi, and local language preferred).
Education & Qualification:
Graduate / Post Graduate (preferably in Management or Administration).
Experience in the textile industry will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
