Supervise daily administrative operations including front office, record keeping, and logistics.
Maintain staff and student records, admissions documentation, and general filing systems.
Ensure the school environment is safe, secure, and conducive to learning.
2. HR & Staff Coordination:
Manage recruitment processes for non-teaching staff.
Maintain HR records, attendance, leave, and payroll inputs.
Coordinate staff training and ensure compliance with school policies.
3. Facilities & Maintenance:
Oversee the maintenance of school infrastructure and equipment.
Liaise with vendors and contractors for repairs, AMC contracts, and facility upgrades.
Monitor housekeeping, security, and transportation staff performance.
4. Financial Administration:
Assist in budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
Monitor purchases, vendor payments, and petty cash.
Ensure procurement processes comply with school guidelines.
5. Compliance & Safety:
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and regulatory standards.
Coordinate school inspections, audits, and certifications.
Maintain updated licenses, insurances, and statutory records.
6. Communication & Coordination:
Act as liaison between the management, staff, parents, and external agencies.
Support planning and execution of school events, meetings, and activities.
Respond to administrative queries from stakeholders promptly and professionally.
