Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT), email handling.
Manage office operations and general administration.
Maintain proper records, project documents, and site reports.
Coordinate with internal teams for project execution and documentation.
Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel plans for staff.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and statutory obligations.
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to explain services and capture requirements.
Follow up on leads generated by the sales or marketing team.
Maintain a telecalling database and generate reports on call performance and customer feedback.
Answer incoming calls professionally and resolve customer queries or forward them to the concerned team.
