Manage day-to-day office operations, supplies, maintenance, and facility services.
Ensure the workplace is safe, efficient, and compliant with company standards.
Oversee vendor contracts related to office equipment, security, cleaning, and utilities.
2. Administrative Operations
Develop and implement administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
Maintain organized records, documentation, and filing systems (physical & digital).
Monitor budgets for office expenses and prepare cost-related reports.
3. Staff Supervision & Coordination
Lead and supervise administrative staff (receptionists, office assistants, clerks).
Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide coaching or training as needed.
Ensure timely completion of administrative tasks and support services.
4. Support to Management
Coordinate meetings, schedules, travel arrangements, and company events.
Assist senior management with reports, communication, and confidential tasks.
Prepare presentations, documents, and correspondence on behalf of management.
5. Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure adherence to health & safety regulations and internal policies.
Manage company assets, access control, and administrative audits.
Support HR in onboarding processes, ID card issuance, and policy communication.
Qualifications & RequirementsEducation
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
Experience
5+ years of administrative or office management experience; 2+ years in a supervisory role.
