Administrative Support:
Handling incoming and outgoing packages.
Managing office supplies and equipment, including procurement and inventory.
Coordinating and scheduling meetings and appointments.
Maintaining and updating files, both physical and digital.
Assisting with data entry, record keeping, and report generation.
Providing general administrative support to various teams and departments.
Communication:
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
Communicating effectively with visitors, clients, and employees.
Other Responsibilities:
Coordinating office maintenance and repairs.
Assisting with travel arrangements.
Performing other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
