The Admin Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of the salon & spa. This role ensures smooth coordination between departments, maintains service quality, manages staff schedules, and supports the overall client experience by ensuring efficient operational flow.

1. Administrative Operations:

Oversee the daily functioning of the centre including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance. Maintain records related to inventory, attendance, and petty cash. Handle vendor coordination, purchase orders, and stock management for salon and spa consumables. Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and hygiene standards.
2. Staff Management:

Supervise and support salon & spa staff to ensure high service standards. Manage staff attendance, leaves, and duty rosters. Conduct briefings and coordinate training sessions with HR for skill development.
3. Client Relations & Service Quality:

Ensure seamless client experience from check-in to check-out. Handle client feedback and resolve service-related concerns promptly. Maintain a professional and welcoming environment at the centre.
4. Financial & Reporting Duties:

Maintain daily cash and billing reports. Coordinate with accounts for monthly reconciliation and expense management. Support sales targets by ensuring smooth operations that enhance client satisfaction.
5. Facility & Compliance:

Oversee cleanliness, ambience, and safety of the salon & spa. Ensure all equipment is maintained and serviced on time. Adhere to statutory compliance including licenses, fire safety, and local regulations.
