to support day-to-day administrative and logistics coordination activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling dispatches, coordination with delivery partners, maintaining records, and supporting internal teams in smooth logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily logistics and dispatch schedules from factory to distributors and retail points.
Maintain and update inventory and delivery records in
Excel.
Liaise with warehouse, factory, and delivery staff for timely movement of goods.
Assist in preparing dispatch documents and bills.
Monitor incoming/outgoing shipments and escalate delays.
Support procurement team with tracking and follow-ups.
General office admin duties including courier, filing, and supply management.
Eligibility Criteria:
Only male married candidates
will be considered for this role.
Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics/admin support preferred
(FMCG or related industry is a plus).
Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel
, basic documentation, and office communication.
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
