Job Description

  • Loading & managing shipper/consignee information and relevant transportation procedures.
  • Creating project sample documents to facilitate client import permits.
  • Document all transportation service failures, resolve, and escalate to management when appropriate resolution is incomplete.
  • Support other Logistics functions with laboratory testing or pre-analytical or post-analytical requirements questions.
  • Assist internal customers with logistics related inquiries.
  • Identify trends on delays
  • Perform certain analytics
  • Assist Administrators, Analyst and management within the department with administrative tasks as assigned (e.g. Tracking and Tracing Shipments, follow-ups KITs Work Order Status).
