Responsibilities: oManage and supervise administrative operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Plan and coordinate for event management and VVIP/Expat visits.
Supervise daily operations of guest house and canteen staff to ensure smooth service delivery.
Conduct regular checks on food storage and preparation areas to maintain hygiene standards.
Perform weekly inventory checks to ensure adequate stock levels.
Manage the Guest house booking system, with opportunities for process enhancement to improve efficiency.
Collect feedback from users and analyze suggestions for ongoing improvements in Canteen and Guest house
Dailiy canteen food taste and feedback, delivery of foods in plant on daily basis
Manage canteen committee planning and monitoring of the canteen committee task
Repair and maintenance of the canteen and Guest house
Drinking water management in plant and supply to designated places in the plant
Management of labour colonies and Repair & Maintenance
STP water management and coordination with vendor for daily basis
Manage daily food waste and disposal as per SO
Manage daily plant administration operations
Coordinate with department HOD for all Administration support (Furniture, drinking water, Stationery etc)
Coordinate with department HOD for Administration support service during plant COH, AOH and lite-up activities
Coordinate with department HOD and other officials for accommodation and other support services to Shutdown workers (Approx. 1500 workers in each COH/AOH)
Prepare Inventory report of all Admin Assets.
Coordinate with other department (like Civil, Electrical) for repair and maintenance
Create PR and coordinate with TC for timely PO for various admin activites ( i.e. Repair & Maitenance, material etc)
Prepare of Admin related data (monthly MIS, Capex and Opex Budget, CER etc)
Prepare of all Audit related documents and coordinate with others department for Internal and extranal Audit
Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance.
Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the senior management.
Data management, MIS and analytics and ensure security, integrity, and confidentiality of data.
Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers.
Qualifications: oBachelor's degree prefarably in hospitability management.
2-3 years of relevant experience.
Proven track record of managing teams and coordinating administrative activities effectively.
