Inventory & Store Management:
Maintain accurate records of raw materials, consumables, spares, and finished goods
Monitor stock levels and ensure minimum and maximum inventory levels
Conduct regular physical stock verification and resolve discrepancies
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and safety practices in the store
Maintain inventory registers / ERP / Excel records
Procurement & Vendor Management:
Raise purchase requisitions and purchase orders as per requirements
Coordinate with vendors for quotations, negotiations, and timely deliveries
Ensure procurement is done as per quality, cost, and delivery timelines
Maintain vendor records and evaluate vendor performance
Follow company procurement policies and approval processes
Administrative & Coordination Duties:
Coordinate with production, maintenance, and accounts teams
Handle factory-related administrative work and documentation
Manage inward and outward material movement and gate records
Assist in audits and compliance-related documentation
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
