Admin Executive

to manage daily office operations and support our dynamic marketing team.

Male Candidate Preferred.

Key Responsibilities



Manage daily office administration and ensure smooth operations. Handle office correspondence, emails, and phone communications. Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee data. Support recruitment activities -- posting jobs, scheduling interviews, onboarding new hires. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers. Maintain petty cash, process invoices, and assist in financial documentation. Support management with reports, presentations, and meeting coordination. Ensure the office environment is well-maintained and stocked with necessary supplies. Assist the digital marketing team with project coordination and client documentation. Handle travel arrangements and office event planning.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field. 1-4 years of experience in administration (experience in IT/Digital Marketing firm preferred). Good communication skills in English and Tamil. Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.). Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
