Key Responsibilities:

Communication Management:

Handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence, both internal and external.

Record Keeping:

Organizing and maintaining physical and digital files, databases, and records.

Scheduling and Logistics:

Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, booking travel arrangements, and coordinating events.

Office Management:

Overseeing office supplies, equipment maintenance, and general office upkeep.

Financial Support:

Assisting with tasks like invoicing, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping.

HR Support:

Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee records.

General Support:

Providing assistance to staff members, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth workflow.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
