Administrative Assistant
to provide comprehensive support across various office functions. This role involves managing schedules, handling communication, organizing office tasks, and assisting with day-to-day operations to ensure smooth workflow and office efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Calendar & Schedule Management:
Efficiently manage executive calendars, appointments, and meetings.
Communication Management:
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence in a timely manner.
Office Organization:
Oversee office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure smooth office operations.
Meeting & Travel Coordination:
Organize meetings, conferences, and business travel arrangements.
Document Management:
Prepare, organize, and maintain reports, presentations, and other essential documents.
Customer & Client Support:
Greet clients, address inquiries, and provide a professional office environment.
Data Entry & Record Keeping:
Maintain and update company records, spreadsheets, and databases.
Project Assistance:
Assist in project coordination and ensure the timely completion of tasks.
Key Requirements:
Education:
Graduate
Experience:
1 to 3 years of experience in administrative or office management roles.
Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information and sensitive tasks.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
