We are looking for a proactive and reliable Admin & IT Support Executive who can manage day-to-day office administration, IT infrastructure, and facility operations for a fast-growing IT company of 70+ employees. The role requires a hands-on professional who can balance basic IT troubleshooting with administrative and facility management responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Asset & Inventory Management
Maintain records of IT and non-IT assets, including allocation, returns, and repairs.
Manage office consumables and stock (stationery, pantry items, etc.) with timely procurement.
Conduct periodic asset audits and prepare MIS reports for management (using Excel).
Facilities & Office Administration
Oversee daily facility operations including AC, lighting, water usage, and power backup systems.
Ensure proper functioning of housekeeping and coordinate their schedules and duties.
Liaise with vendors for maintenance of facilities (AC servicing, plumbing, electrical, etc.).
Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and office upkeep standards.
IT & Infrastructure Support
Provide first-level IT support to employees (hardware, software, and network troubleshooting).
Handle routine laptop/desktop repairs such as battery replacement, RAM upgrade, formatting, OS installation, and basic diagnostics.
Coordinate with external vendors/partners for complex IT issues or repairs.
Monitor and maintain office internet connectivity and coordinate with service providers for uptime.
Ensure IT assets (laptops, accessories, network equipment, etc.) are properly tracked and maintained.
Assist with new joiner IT setup (laptop configuration, email setup, access provisioning).
Recruitment
Source and screen candidates for IT roles (Developers, QA, DevOps, Cloud, etc.)
Conduct walk-in drives and recruitment campaigns for freshers
Post job ads on portals and manage applications.
Maintain recruitment trackers and ATS records.
Manage candidate communication, interview feedback.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT talent.
Requirements & Skills
Graduate (preferred: IT/Administration background).
2-4 years of relevant experience in IT support and administration.
Basic technical knowledge of hardware repairs, OS installation, and networking.
Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and basic speaking) is a must.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (data entry, reporting, and basic formulas).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
Vendor coordination and negotiation skills.
Problem-solving attitude with high ownership and accountability.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
