The Admin Intern will support the administrative and operations team in ensuring smooth day-to-day office functioning. The role provides hands-on experience in office administration, coordination, and basic HR support.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in day-to-day administrative activities and office coordination
Support documentation, data entry, and record maintenance
Coordinate with vendors for office supplies and basic procurement
Assist in scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars
Support onboarding and exit formalities documentation
Handle courier, inventory, and asset tracking support
Assist the HR/Admin team with employee-related coordination
Maintain confidentiality of company information

Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
Good communication and coordination skills
