About the Role
We are looking for energetic and dedicated
Admin Interns
to support daily administrative and operational tasks. This internship is ideal for freshers looking to gain exposure in office administration, coordination, documentation, and EduTech operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
Maintain and update company records, files, and documentation
Support the HR/Admin team with data entry, records management, and follow-ups
Handle calls, emails, visitor coordination, and front-desk activities
Schedule meetings, appointments, and internal communication
Monitor and handle office supplies and basic procurement activities
Assist in preparing reports, Excel sheets, and presentations
Provide support during meetings, training sessions, and internal programs
Perform basic website updates on
WordPress
(added advantage)
Skills & Qualifications
Any degree (UG/PG) - Freshers welcome
Fluency in English is mandatory
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Organised, responsible, and willing to learn
Ability to multitask and work independently when required
Basic WordPress knowledge will be an added advantage
