About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic
Admin Interns
to support our daily administrative and coordination tasks. This role is perfect for freshers who want hands-on exposure to office administration, documentation, and operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in day-to-day administrative operations
Maintain and update company files, records, and documentation
Support HR/Admin team with data entry and follow-up tasks
Handle phone calls, emails, and front-desk coordination
Schedule meetings, appointments, and internal communication
Manage and monitor office supplies and handle procurement
Prepare basic reports, spreadsheets, and presentations
Assist during meetings, events, and internal activities
Perform simple website updates or content uploads on
WordPress
(added advantage)
Skills & Qualifications
Any degree (UG/PG) - Freshers welcome
Fluency in English is mandatory
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and complete tasks responsibly
Basic WordPress knowledge will be an added advantage
