We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Admin Intern
to join our team. The intern will support day-to-day administrative operations, assist in organizing company records, handle internal communications, and contribute to a smooth and efficient office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, data entry, and document management
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, calls, physical mail)
Help maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed
Support HR/admin team with onboarding paperwork and scheduling interviews
Organize and update company databases and internal records
Assist in planning and coordinating internal meetings and events
Perform research or prepare reports as requested by supervisors
Maintain confidentiality of company information and documents
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
Strong organizational and time management skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving attitude
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
