We are looking for a detail-oriented and versatile Administrative Intern to work directly with the CEO and core team. This role is a unique opportunity for individuals who enjoy multitasking, learning across functions, and gaining end-to-end exposure in project execution, HR coordination, and operations. Project Management & Testing Assist in planning and tracking project timelines and deliverables. Conduct basic product/feature testing to ensure functionality and quality. Maintain project dashboards and ensure smooth workflow. 2. Team Management & Task Coordination Coordinate tasks across team members based on project priorities. Manage and update task lists in tools like Trello, Asana, or Monday.com. Monitor task progress and provide follow-ups to ensure efficiency. 3. Executive Support Schedule and coordinate CEO's meetings, events, and appointments. Prepare agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items. Support CEO with administrative tasks and special projects. 4. Content & SEO Oversight Review and refine project-related content for clarity and brand alignment. Perform plagiarism checks and basic SEO content audits. Help maintain project documentation (eg, GitBooks) with clear guidelines. 5. HR & Recruitment Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates. Conduct initial screening calls and share insights with the CEO. Support in onboarding new team members. 6. Social Media Setup & Management Create and manage social media accounts for new projects. Coordinate with the marketing team for scheduling and publishing updates.
