Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (mail, emails, packages).
Arrange domestic Hotel stay and Ticketing for employees.
Provide administrative support to various departments as required.
Screening potential employees' resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies.
Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates.
Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties..
Assisting in the planning of company events.
Desired Candidate Profile
Any graduate with English fluency is must.
Basic knowledge on Human resource management and labor laws.
Skills and qualifications -
Any bachelor's degree with specialization in Commerce, HR or related field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong administrative and organisational skills
A willingness to travel throughout Chennai on occasion
The ability to work as part of a team, with good attention to details.
