Admin Incharge (HR) - Building Construction

Position: Admin Incharge (HR)


Vacancy: 1



Experience: Minimum 5 Years (Building Construction industry only)



Salary: ₹15,000 - ?40,000 per month



Job Responsibilities:



Oversee day-to-day administrative and HR operations at construction sites.

Manage attendance, payroll, and manpower records.

Coordinate with site engineers and contractors for smooth operations.

Handle recruitment, onboarding, and compliance documentation.

Maintain inventory of materials, assets, and office supplies.

Ensure safety, discipline, and company policies are followed at site.

Liaise with vendors, clients, and management for efficient communication.


Required Skills & Qualifications:



Graduate in HR / Administration / Management.

Minimum 5 years' experience in building construction industry (mandatory).

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Knowledge of labour laws and site compliance.

Proficiency in MS Office, record keeping, and reporting.
