The Admin Incharge will be responsible for overseeing and managing all administrative functions of the company, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, supporting various departments, and maintaining compliance with organizational policies. This role requires strong organizational, people management, and multitasking skills to effectively handle office administration, facilities, vendor management, and employee support services.
Key Responsibilities
Manage overall administrative activities including office maintenance, housekeeping, security, transport, and canteen facilities.
Supervise front office, reception, and ensure smooth visitor management.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for procurement of office supplies, stationery, and other requirements.
Maintain company records, documentation, and ensure timely renewal of statutory licenses, agreements, and contracts.
Support HR in employee welfare activities, attendance monitoring, and event coordination.
Monitor budgets and expenses related to administration and prepare cost-saving measures.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and statutory requirements.
Manage staff quarters/hostel arrangements (if applicable).
Handle company assets, inventory, and ensure proper utilization.
Address and resolve administrative issues, grievances, and escalations in a timely manner.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Management or equivalent.
5-10 years of experience in administration, preferably in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
Experience in handling teams, vendors, and multiple administrative functions.
