Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily administrative operations including office maintenance, housekeeping, and vendor management.
Monitor inventory of office supplies and ensure timely procurement.
Maintain proper documentation of company assets, records, and administrative files.
Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and event logistics.
Oversee facility management including security, utilities, and office infrastructure.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and local regulations.
Liaise with external contractors, service providers, and government authorities as required.
Manage office budgets and control administrative costs effectively.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
Minimum [2-5] years of experience in office administration or facilities management.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
