Update and submit Records daily
Daily attendance of all staff ( Teaching, Nonteaching, and support staff) to be downloaded at 10 AM. Any late coming to be highlighted in RED colour and shared with School Management.
Daily attendance of all kids is to be taken and sent to school management. The list of absent kids is also to be shared.
Daily uploads of electricity and water meter reading in the respective log sheet.
The didi wage sheet is to be prepared and given to the school management for payment.
To ensure all participants are marking their attendance in the respective logbook at the main gate. A photo of the same is to be sent to the School Management daily
Food Quality and Menu Check
Daily Food is to be tasted and reported in the respective group.
To ensure that Breakfast is served in the office before 10 AM.
To ensure Lunch is served in the office before 2.30 PM
To ensure Dinner is sent up before 7 PM.
Weekly MENU for next week is to be provided on Thursday a week before.
Control on Inventory
All inventory is to be uploaded in the school records as per location.
The stationery inventory is to be given to school management.
School housekeeping and safety-related aspects
Soft corners must be placed on all locations where necessary. This should be checked periodically, every week.
Any Broken school furniture is to be checked and reported.
All water points in Toilets are to be checked, and any leaks are to be reported.
Any unsafe electrical installation is to be reported to school management.

Hygiene and kids-related actions
Make sure Children go to the washroom on a regular frequency.
In the event of a diaper change, the same should be updated on the LIL Triangle App.
Make sure NO children are having wet diapers at any time during their stay at JHS and especially at the time of dispersal.
If any child has a fever, the same should be immediately informed. No medicine is to be given to any child without approval from the center head.
Make sure all the belongings of daycare children are checked at the time of receiving and handover back to Parents.
Make sure all the children remain engaged in their respective activities, and there should not be any quarrels etc amongst children.
Adhoc daycare cards must be updated to keep proper accounts of the time spent in the daycare for children who have opted for Adhoc services.
Supervising and training staff: The person incharge is responsible for hiring, training, and supervising the staff members who work in the daycare or preschool. This includes providing ongoing feedback, coaching,
The incharge is responsible for managing the center's budget and resources optimally. E.g. no lights / Fans / AC should be kept on if there is no one in the room.
Children should not occupy all the rooms which will require AC / lights and Fans to be kept on. There should be about 8 - 10 kids in one room. which is optimum occupancy in the room during daycare/ school hours
Manage Biometrics system for auditions , deletions and updates
