Handling external suppliers, office supplies, and maintenance contracts.

Compliance & Safety:

Ensuring workplace safety standards and legal compliance in administrative functions.

Logistics & Coordination:

Managing travel arrangements, event planning, and office infrastructure needs.

HR Roles



Recruitment & Staffing:

Hiring and onboarding new employees.

Employee Relations:

Addressing workplace concerns, grievances, and promoting a healthy work culture.

Training & Development:

Organizing workshops and employee skill enhancement programs.

Performance Management:

Evaluating employee performance, conducting appraisals, and career growth planning.

Compensation & Benefits:

Managing payroll,

Policy Development:

Creating policies on workplace ethics, diversity, and employee well-being. Procurement handling
