Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and organized individual to manage front-desk operations while supporting administrative and HR functions. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and employees, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and assisting in HR coordination and office management activities.

Key Responsibilities:Reception & Front Office Management



Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner. Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence. Maintain visitor and employee attendance logs. Ensure the reception area and office premises are well maintained and presentable.

Administration



Handle procurement and inventory of office supplies, stationery, and pantry items. Maintain and organize office records, documents, and filing systems. Support management in organizing meetings, events, and internal activities.

Human Resources Support



Assist in recruitment activities -- scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and maintaining records. Maintain employee personal files, attendance, leave records, and HR database. Support onboarding and exit formalities for employees. Coordinate with payroll and accounts for attendance and HR-related documentation. Assist in employee engagement initiatives, HR communication, and policy updates.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
