Maintain and update employee records, HR files, and ensure data confidentiality.
Prepare HR documents including offer letters, appointment, confirmation, and exit letters.
Coordinate interview schedules and support recruitment and onboarding activities.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Collect and verify attendance, leave, and overtime data; coordinate payroll processing.
Address basic employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and HR policies.
Act as a point of contact for HR-related matters and support employee engagement initiatives.
Assist in grievance documentation, audits, statutory compliance, and policy updates.
Prepare HR reports, support performance appraisal cycles, and manage HR communication.
