Maintain admin records, registers & internal documentation
Coordinate with vendors for:
Security services
Housekeeping
Transport & logistics support
Asset & Inventory Control
Maintain records of:
Uniforms, PPE kits, ID cards
Mobile phones, SIM cards
Office & plant assets
Coordinate issue, return, and replacement of assets
Transport & Logistics Coordination
Coordinate with operations team for:
Driver deployment
Vehicle documents (RC, insurance, PUC, permits)
Fuel records & driver documentation
3. Statutory, Safety & Compliance
Ensure adherence to:
Workplace safety norms
Fire safety & emergency procedures
Hygiene & infection control guidelines (especially hospital laundry)
Coordinate safety training and toolbox talks
Maintain accident/incident registers and reports
4. Coordination & Communication
Act as a bridge between:
Management
Operations team
Supervisors & ground staff
Coordinate internal communication, circulars & notices
Support management in audits, tenders & client documentation when required
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of
HR operations & labour laws
Experience handling a
blue-collar workforce
Good administrative and organizational skills
Ability to manage
multi-location operations
Strong follow-up & documentation skills
Working knowledge of
MS Excel, payroll software & HRMIS
Good communication in
Gujarati, Hindi & English
Qualification & Experience
Graduate / Post-Graduate in HR, Administration or related field
3-7 years of experience
in HR & Admin
Experience in
laundry, facility management, housekeeping, logistics, hospital or manpower-intensive industries
preferred
Working Conditions
Office-based with regular visits to laundry plants & client sites
May require extended hours during audits, inspections or manpower shortages
