Position: Admin HR
 Location: Cochin
 Experience: Minimum 5 years in Administration & HR-related work
 Salary: Up to 40,000 
Key Responsibilities:
 Oversee day-to-day office administration and HR operations. 
 Manage employee records, attendance, and leave management. 
 Coordinate recruitment activities, onboarding, and documentation. 
 Handle employee engagement, welfare activities, and grievance redressal. 
 Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and statutory requirements. 
 Support payroll processing and related administrative tasks. 
 Liaise with management for manpower planning and HR initiatives. 
 Maintain vendor coordination and office administration activities. 
 Prepare HR-related reports and MIS as required.
