Job Description

We are looking for a smart, confident and well-organised

Admin cum HR Executive

to manage front-office operations, student inquiries, admission coordination and basic HR activities. The candidate should have good communication skills, pleasing personality and basic knowledge of Canva & social media reel editing.

Handle student inquiries (walk-in, phone & online) and maintain inquiry data. Assist students with counseling and admission process. Maintain records, documentation, and follow-ups. Coordinate with faculty, students and management for smooth operations. Support HR activities - candidate calling, scheduling interviews, and maintaining attendance. Prepare basic office documents, reports and communication drafts. Create basic posters / social media content using Canva. Assist in creating reels and promotional content for institute branding.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 11 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
