Handle end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening, shortlisting, interviews, documentation, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
Prepare and process payroll inputs (attendance, overtime, deductions, new joinees/exits).
Manage employee queries, grievances, and ensure a positive workplace environment.
Assist in performance reviews, appraisal documentation, and HR policies.
Support training & development activities.
Maintain statutory compliance support (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Labour laws) in coordination with consultants.
Skills Required
Strong communication skills (oral & written)
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of HRMS/ERP system (preferred)
Problem solving & people management skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR / Commerce / Management
MBA in HR preferred
Experience in Admin + HR is an advantage
