Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, especially related to
PF, ESI, and statutory reporting

Handle basic
grievance management
, ensuring timely resolution of employee concerns.
Coordinate employee onboarding and exit processes with proper documentation.
Support payroll processing by sharing accurate attendance and deduction data.
Assist in maintaining HR documentation like appointment letters, ID cards, etc.
Manage
basic hiring tasks
like screening and scheduling (bulk recruitment not required).
Administrative Duties:
Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth functioning of facilities.
Manage vendor coordination, AMC agreements, and office maintenance records.
Handle petty cash, utility bills, courier management, and inventory of office supplies.
Coordinate with the accounts team for expense and bill processing.
Maintain all admin-related files and trackers.
Key Skills Required:
Knowledge of
PF, ESI
, and grievance redressal process
Familiarity with
HRMS or biometric attendance systems
Good command of
Excel, Word, Outlook
Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills
Ability to manage vendors and office operations independently
Prior experience in
e-commerce or retail
will be preferred
Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree in any stream
BBA/MBA in HR
preferred
