Job Description

HR CUM ADMIN EXECUTIVE



1. Maintaining Decorum of the office

2. Updating HR policies of the company

3. Conducting interviews for recruitment of new staffs as and when required.

4. Ensuring all the employees are on-time and in proper dress code

5. Implement employees' recruitment steps

6. Maintaining the HR files of all employees

7. Conducting performance appraisal (maturity docket) on a quarterly basis.

8. Conducting of quarterly strategy meeting on time.

9. Preparing attendance report, penalty report and related reports every month and assist the finance manager in preparation of pay roll of employees

10. Conducting monthly project meetings.

11. Prepare and maintain meeting minutes.

12. Ensuring welfare of the employees.

13. Updating events in social media and company websites.

14. Coordinating online & offline promotional activity.

15. Preparation of contract agreement for new works.

16. Maintaining separate files for each projects and ensure that all required documents are kept in the file as per check list.

17. Perform any other duties assigned by CEO.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ?12,000.00 per month
