Manage end-to-end recruitment and ensure hiring targets are met.
Conduct orientation for new employees and explain job roles clearly.
Issue offer letters, appointment letters, and maintain employee records.
Track attendance, prepare reports, and support payroll processing.
Organize training for new joiners and collect feedback from team leaders.
Arrange performance review meetings as per schedule.
Monitor all departments to ensure effective manpower utilization.
Maintain documentation, files, and confidential records properly.
Handle billing, stock, and office system maintenance.
Ensure proper infrastructure, clean workspace, and smooth office operations.
Maintain healthy employee relations and provide memos if required.
Support employee appraisals and performance recognition.
Organize office events and foster a positive work environment.
Build strong public and professional relationships.
Ensure team coordination and sustainability.
