Job Description

Role:


The Admin & HR Executive will handle end-to-end HR and admin activities, from hiring to employee exit, and ensure smooth operations in the company.

Responsibilities:



Manage end-to-end recruitment: posting jobs, screening, interviews, and selection. Handle salary negotiations, offer letters, appointment, and confirmation letters. Conduct employee onboarding, training, and development programs. Support performance management and appraisal processes. Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with company rules and laws. Maintain employee relations and resolve workplace issues. Take care of relieving formalities and exit interviews. Assist in admin tasks and office management as needed.

Skills Needed:



Strong communication and people-handling skills. Knowledge of HR processes and compliance. Good organizational and multitasking ability. Familiar with MS Office / HR tools.

Qualification & Experience:



Graduate / MBA in HR or related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in HR & Admin role is required.


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
