Oversee daily office operations, ensuring smooth workflow.
Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts).
Maintain office records, documentation, and filing systems.
Coordinate with internal teams for logistics, meetings, travel, and scheduling.
Handle facility management, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and efficiency.
Manage front desk duties (visitors, calls, correspondence).
Human Resources Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment: posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, onboarding.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
Draft HR letters: appointment, confirmation, appraisal, resignation, and relieving letters.
Support payroll processing with accurate attendance and salary data.
Organize employee engagement activities, training, and team-building sessions.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Act as a point of contact between management and employees.
Skills & Competencies
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRMS tools.
Knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices.
