The Admin / HR & Front Office Executive is responsible for managing front desk operations, providing administrative support, and assisting in basic HR functions. This role ensures smooth day-to-day office operations, professional handling of visitors, and effective coordination between employees and management.
Minimum 1 year Experience is Mandatory
Administrative Responsibilities
Manage office supplies, stationery, and pantry requirements
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and maintenance staff
Handle filing, documentation, and record-keeping (physical and digital)
Assist in preparing reports, letters, and internal communications
Support day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
HR Responsibilities
Assist in recruitment activities such as scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate records
Support onboarding and induction of new employees
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave data
Assist in payroll inputs, HR documentation, and compliance records
Coordinate employee engagement activities and HR communications
