Manage day?to?day office administration, vendor coordination, asset/IT inventory tracking, and basic MIS for management in a software/IT environment.
Support HR activities including posting IT job openings, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, onboarding/joining formalities, maintaining employee records, attendance and leave data, and assisting in payroll inputs.
Handle routine accounts work such as invoice preparation for clients, expense and voucher entry, petty cash, bank reconciliation support, and coordination with external CA for GST/TDS and monthly reports.
Require 1-3 years' experience in a similar combined role in an IT or services company, strong organisation skills, confidentiality, and good written and verbal communication.
Use tools like MS Office, MS Excel and accounting software to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance.
