to support our Head Office team in HR, admin, and clerical functions.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Human Resources Support:
Maintain employee records and attendance/leave tracking
Assist with recruitment coordination - job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling
Support employee onboarding/offboarding documentation
Assist payroll with data collection (attendance, leave, etc.)
Maintain HR filing system, and employee documentation
PF & ESI Registration, Assist to return filling
Maintain EPFO & ESI Registers
Administrative & Clerical Duties:
Handle daily office correspondence (email, calls, etc.)
Perform data entry, filing, and document preparation as required
Assist in preparing letters, reports, and company communications
Support the HR/Admin/Projects teams in record management
