Handling of Contarctual Manpower Attendance and Payroll up to 500 Workers .
Assist in recruitment activities: posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates
Support onboarding and offboarding processes
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Help administer employee benefits and leave management
Prepare HR-related documents such as contracts, letters, and reports
Coordinate training sessions and employee engagement activities
Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
