We're seeking an organized and detail-oriented HR Admin and Assistant to support our HR team. As an HR Admin and Assistant, you will be responsible for administrative tasks, HR processes, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain employee records and databases.
2. Assist with recruitment processes (scheduling interviews, etc.).
3. Handle employee onboarding and offboarding.
4. Manage HR-related documentation and reports.
5. Provide administrative support to the HR team.
6. Coordinate training and development programs.
7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
1. Strong organizational and communication skills. 2. Basic knowledge of HR practices and principles.
3. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
4. Attention to detail and confidentiality.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
