Key Responsibilities:



Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional manner Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and events Maintain contact lists and office systems (physical and digital) Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports Develop and maintain a company documents Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers Provide general support to visitors and staff Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients Manage office budget and handle basic bookkeeping tasks Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Requirements and Skills:



Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant Knowledge of office management systems and procedures Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint) Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask Diploma or Any degree Languages : Tamil , English , Telugu , Kannada , Malayalam , Hindi

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
