Roles & Responsibilities:

1, Should be able to handle basic accounts and finance

2. Manage Petty Cash and track expenses

2. Work with Auditors on finance and expenses

3. Manage tickets, assign them and close them on time

4. Handle POs, Invoices, and Payments on time

5. Get quotes, compile, compare and analyses for various tasks

5. Monitor, Track and Manage staff attendance

6. Track and collect misc. revenue on time

7. Publish regular dashboards and reports

8. Handle internal communications

Experience:

Help desk: 1-3year (Preferred)
