Manage daily schedules, appointments, and meetings of the executive.
Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and documentation.
Draft, review, and manage official letters, reports, and presentations.
Coordination & Communication
Act as the point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
Maintain confidentiality in all communications and official matters.
Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations.
Office & Task Management
Maintain records, files, and confidential data.
Prepare meeting agendas, minutes of meetings, and follow-up action points.
Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the executive office.
Personal Assistance
Remind the executive of important tasks, deadlines, and commitments.
Provide support in personal tasks if required (travel, events, reservations, etc.).
Handle sensitive information with discretion.
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Discretion, integrity, and ability to handle confidential matters.
Multitasking, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate in any discipline (preferably with specialization in Administration/Secretarial Studies).
2-5 years of experience as a Personal Secretary/Executive Assistant.
Fluency in English (and local language if applicable).
