Oversee daily school operations ensuring smooth functioning across all departments.
Manage front office, housekeeping, security, transport, and facility teams.
Ensure compliance with school policies, audits, and statutory norms.
Maintain records related to admissions, attendance, staff, and facilities.
Ensure timely procurement of school supplies, assets, and maintain inventory.
Ensure classrooms, labs, playgrounds, and common areas are well-maintained.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for maintenance and repairs.
Monitor AMC contracts, facility checklists, and safety protocols.
Manage IT infrastructure support in coordination with technical team.
Implement and monitor safety guidelines for students and staff.
Conduct regular safety drills, fire drills, first-aid preparedness, and evacuation plans.
Coordinate with transport department for bus routes, drivers, and attendants.
Ensure all regulatory documentation, licenses, and approvals are updated.
Supervise administrative staff, allocate work, evaluate performance, and ensure productivity.
Conduct training for front office, housekeeping, security, and transport staff.
Coordinate with HR for hiring admin roles and maintaining staff discipline.
Serve as the primary point of contact for parents for administrative concerns.
Maintain transparent and professional communication with parents, vendors, and authorities.
Support school management during events, PTMs, open houses, annual functions, etc
Support academic team with logistics for exams, competitions, assemblies, and school programs.
Plan and coordinate school events, celebrations, and external inspections.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree; MBA/PGDM preferred.
Minimum 5-10 years of experience in school administration or facility management.
Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of school operations, compliance, and safety standards.
Proficiency in MS Office, MIS, and digital administrative tools.
