Key Responsibilities:
To be capable to handle the team of admin executives
Provide administrative assistance to senior management, department heads, and other teams.
Gem portal knowledge required.
Ensure timely communication
Handle scheduling, meetings . Organize and get maintain all company documents related to sales and services and other essential documents. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Skills:
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Married female from Ambala or nearby Ambala preferred.
